She also went above and beyond, helping us arrange the chairlift tickets and even surprising us with a boat tour around the island, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. "Our guide Tiziana was great. She told us where to sit in the boat, got us moving so we get everywhere before the crowd does. Going up the chairlift nobody was at the ticket office, when we came down the que looked at least an hour long. We unfortunately couldn't visit the blue grotto due to weather, but the boat ride instead of it was great fun as well, as was the guide on it. All in all, highly recommended."
